The client approached QeCAD with a conversion work for a new home. Casa Rancho Las Playitas was a reconstruction project design prepared by the firm.
The project comprised the following key buildings and features:
PDF to CAD conversions of the basic Floor Plan Designs
Create Elevation Drafts with all four sides of the view
Provide Footing Plan for the ground and first-floor designs
Make Design Decisions from the markups and reference images
The client provided the new house design draft PDFs with the required alterations. A few of the photographs of the actual site was also attached.
The PDF to CAD conversions with the suggested changes were then prepared by QeCAD. The team generated CAD drafts of the House Plan. Elevations, Floor Plans, and Footing Plans were then submitted for the review.
